U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're happy to take exchanges for shirts!*

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be sent back in its original condition!

(no animal hair, not washed, worn, etc.)

Though we do not cover the return shipping cost, we will take care of the fees for sending you your exchange.

*REFUND POLICY: If 30 days have gone by since you placed your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

We do not take returns or exchanges for stickers, pins, or tote bags

 

Please follow the steps below if you would like to return or exchange an item:

1. Send an email to returns@wholesomesoybean.com with your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and size you would like to exchange for.

2. To reduce waste, please pack your item in its original packaging. Include a copy of  the confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired.

3. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or refund will be issued.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Though we would love to, we cannot process returns or exchanges on international orders.
